We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders — no minimum order value required.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days
- Express delivery may be available on request — contact us to check
- We ship to all states and union territories across India
- Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp once dispatched
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees — these are the responsibility of the buyer
- Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped
International shipping charges are applicable and will be calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.
Special Offer & Sale Orders
Shipping charges are EXTRA for orders placed under special offers, flash sales, or low-price promotions — unless the offer explicitly states "Free Shipping".

Courier-Related Issues
Shagun Dresses is NOT responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by the courier partner after the order is handed over for delivery.
- We carefully pack every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition
- Once handed to the courier, it is outside our direct control
- If you receive a visibly damaged package, please reject delivery and inform us immediately
- We will assist in raising a complaint with the courier but cannot guarantee resolution
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shagundresses72@gmail.com or +91 97272 19728 with your order number. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Shagun Dresses is not responsible for delays caused by courier operational issues, natural calamities, strikes, customs holds, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Processing Notes
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- During festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, Eid, etc.), delivery times may be 2–5 days longer
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
