No Returns & No Exchanges

All sales at Shagun Dresses are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched. We strongly encourage customers to:

• Review product descriptions, fabric details, and sizing charts carefully before ordering
• Check all product images thoroughly
• Contact us before purchasing if you have any doubts about size, colour, or fabric

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged/defective product
• A brief description of the issue

Courier-Related Issues

• If you receive a visibly damaged package, please reject the delivery and inform us immediately
• We recommend filming/photographing the unboxing of your package as evidence
• We will assist in raising a complaint with the courier but cannot guarantee resolution

Conditions Where Claims Are Not Accepted

• Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
• Minor colour variation due to different screen displays
• Courier-related damage (courier liability, not ours)
• Damage caused by improper washing or handling after delivery
• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
